ECRT's View Reports Option: Certification Status Report

2. Select Certification Status Report

3. Select the status(es) you would like to query. The following status types should be pulled periodically: Not Certified/Not Processed, Certified/Processed/Payroll Pending, Not Certified/Not Processed/Re-Opened, and Not Certified/Not Processed/Re-Opened by Payroll Adjustment Reconciliation. All statuses can be entered into the Selected Status type by clicking the double carrot icon ( ) or each status can be entered by using the single carrot icon ( ).

4. Filter your query by either Dates or Employee Type using the “Date by” option. The Dates option requires you to use the calendar and will pull all employee types for your assigned area that fit within the date range selected.

5. Next select your department.

6. The final portion of the query requires you to select all of the user types in which you would like for this report to pull. The available roles (user types) should include Faculty, Graduate Student, and Principal Investigators.

7. Prior to clicking run, your Certification Status Report query will appear similar to this. Click Run Report.
8. The Report will display the certifier’s name, department, effort coordinator, effort coordinator’s email, certifier’s email, certification period, and the current status of the ECRT cards.


9. Export report by clicking on the Excel option located on the bottom right of the ECRT Reports screen.

10. Open and/or Save the report in Excel.
11. Follow-up with all certifiers whose status begins with Not Certified/Not Processed.
