Companion Guide to Understanding the Banner FOAPAL

Banner FOAPAL training takes 15 minutes to complete, so please allow enough time before starting the training session. This module uses Flash elements, contains audio, and is best viewed with a LAN connection. The module displays in either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
